Senior Java Developer

Qualifications:
- 5 plus years of hands-on application development experience
- Demonstrated track record of being able to design and develop software for scalability and performance
- Effective written and verbal communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
- Expertise in developing high-level and detail design specifications (UML)
Required Technical Skills:
- Expertise in Object Oriented design using Java/J2EE
- Experience developing in JUnit and Ant
- Demonstrable skills in algorithm development and problem solving
- Expertise in web technologies (JavaScript*, XML, XSL, HTML, DHTML, CSS)
- Experience with such Java technologies and frameworks as JMS, JDBC, JAXB, JAXP, Hibernate, etc.
Additional Desirable Skills:
- Knowledge of cryptography
- Knowledge of Web Services (SOAP)
- Experience in developing Web Portals
