Justin LaFayette is Managing Director of Georgian Partners and currently serves as executive chairman and director for Silanis Technology Inc. After the successful sale of DWL Inc., an enterprise software company that he co-founded, to IBM in 2005, Justin joined IBM and was most recently Vice President of Strategy for Information Platform and Solutions within the IBM Software Group. Justin was the recipient of Ernst & Young’s Entrepreneur of the Year award for Technology in 2001.
Silanis President Tommy Petrogiannis has been the driving force behind the leading e-signature provider since co-founding the company in 1992. He directs Silanis’ corporate strategy, and guides its research and development efforts. A recognized authority on electronic signatures and approvals, Mr. Petrogiannis has been a speaker at many government and commercial industry conferences. His two decades of IT experience have also included work at Compaq and Matrox Electronics.
Matthew Lane joined Silanis in 2000. As chief financial officer, his responsibilities include internal and external financial reporting, investor relations, audit tax and regulatory compliance, and the financing and monitoring of the company's strategic plan. Prior to joining Silanis, Mr. Lane was auditor and business advisor for a variety of technology and other business concerns at a Montreal-based accounting firm.
