• Booz Allen Hamilton (BAH) Press Release 1  |  Press Release 2
  Global strategy and technology consulting firm Booz Allen Hamilton selected Silanis to provide an online e-signature solution, and to develop an online portal to allow the firm’s subcontracting division to eliminate paper and create a secure, compliant and auditable process.
• National Institute of Health, National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases
  The NIH NIAID is currently deploying Silanis' electronic signature and approval solution to employees who will use the solution as part of an initiative to streamline key processes beginning with those in the administrative areas relating to human resources. The solution is initially being deployed to employees and contract staff to electronically manage its' employee service award process. NIAID issues awards to key employees in recognition of exemplary efforts and until recently the process has involved completing a paper award nomination form and manual routing of the document to obtain the appropriate endorsements and approvals.

  The Air Force Materiel Command (AMC) selected Silanis as its e-signature provider to create an entirely electronic requisition process, from the requirements to the contracting stage, as part of its Purchase Requisition Process System (PRPS), another application to run off the GCSS infrastructure.
• Air Force Recruiting Service (AFRS)
  The Air Force Recruiting Service (AFRS) chose Silanis’ e-signature solution to sign up new recruits electronically, ultimately reducing recruit processing times, errors and misfiling, and allowing airmen’s records to remain electronic and easily accessible over the course of their career.
• Air Force Reserve Command (AFRC)
  The US Air Force Reserve Command (AFRC)'s recruiting services uses Silanis' solution to sign up new recruits across its 400 international offices. Since deploying Silanis' solution, the department has reduced the time to process new recruits by 25 percent and reduced the number of forms that get lost or misfiled when moving and managing paper around the world.
• Defense Enterprise Accounting and Management System (DEAMS) Press Release
  One of many GCSS applications, the DoD’s new Defense Enterprise Accounting and Management System (DEAMS) also incorporates Silanis e-signatures to achieve a completely electronic process. DEAMS supports the accounting and financial management functions of the US Air Force, the US Transportation Command (USTRANSCOM) and the Defense Finance and Accounting Service (DFAS).
• Electric Boat
  Having established standards of excellence in the design, construction and lifecycle support of submarines for the US Navy, Electric Boat Corporation now uses Silanis' ApproveIt Desktop solution to improve communications on board its submarines.
• US Army Medical Department (AMEDD) Press Release
  The US Army Medical Command (MEDCOM) signed an enterprise-wide license agreement with Silanis in 2000 to sign thousands of standard government documents electronically, at more than 110 world-wide locations. The command's personnel can now instantly approve everything from humanitarian aid to day-to-day health care, storing records electronically.
• Tinker Air Force Base
  The Oklahoma City Air Logistics Center, based at Tinker Air Force Base, uses Silanis' solution to eliminate paper from its aircraft maintenance and repair processes. The center's 26,000 staff members provide service and support for 31 weapon systems, 10 commands and 93 Air Force bases across 46 countries. Eliminating the need to physically route paper documents across the center's 732 buildings for signature approval will increase the responsiveness of their staff and redirect funds that were previously spent on moving and managing paper to improving our services to the warfighter.
• US Air Force, Office of the CIO
  The US Air Force, Office of the CIO (HAF/CIO) purchased Silanis’ solution in order to electronically automate staffing processes and documents, and routine signing of correspondence.
• US Army Information Management Support Center (IMCEN) Press Release
  The U.S Army's Information Management Support Center (IMCEN), a systems integration and services provider for Headquarters Department of the Army (HQDA), leverages Silanis' solution strong business process audit capabilities to confirm the accuracy and authenticity of Army regulations as published on the Web by the US Army Publishing Directorate (APD).
• Bechtel Plant Machinery Inc.
