The NIH NIAID is currently deploying Silanis' electronic signature and approval solution to employees who will use the solution as part of an initiative to streamline key processes beginning with those in the administrative areas relating to human resources. The solution is initially being deployed to employees and contract staff to electronically manage its' employee service award process. NIAID issues awards to key employees in recognition of exemplary efforts and until recently the process has involved completing a paper award nomination form and manual routing of the document to obtain the appropriate endorsements and approvals.

US Army Medical Department (AMEDD)

Tinker Air Force Base
The Oklahoma City Air Logistics Center, based at Tinker Air Force Base, uses Silanis' solution to eliminate paper from its aircraft maintenance and repair processes. The center's 26,000 staff members provide service and support for 31 weapon systems, 10 commands and 93 Air Force bases across 46 countries. Eliminating the need to physically route paper documents across the center's 732 buildings for signature approval will increase the responsiveness of their staff and redirect funds that were previously spent on moving and managing paper to improving our services to the warfighter.
