Report: User-defined reports provide visibility into in-flight or completed customer transactions. Report criteria can include a number of definable parameters such as sales territory or product type.
Access control: Transaction Manager can integrate with an LDAP directory to simplify access control and security as well as set authorization for each user on what data they may access.
