ApproveIt Web Server provides a highly flexible solution that can be customized to manage the unique requirements of each of your transaction types, while scaling across your different lines of business and enterprise requirements.

As a J2EE-compliant application server, the solution hooks directly into your existing website, document preparation, document archiving and other back-end systems, to manage the presentation, consent, review, signing and delivery of regulated documents and disclosures over the web, as well as transaction variables and exceptions.

Managing Transaction Variables and Exceptions.

ApproveIt Web Server replicates your existing transactional process in an electronic environment by providing the flexibility to manage transaction variables and exceptions. Transaction variables include support for multiple signers and signatures, multiple documents and formats, multiple user authentication methods (out-of-wallet credentials, transaction IDs, username / password, etc.) and multiple signing methods (click-to-sign, live signature capture)

Transaction exceptions include the ability to update documents, suspend transactions and notify users of updates, as well as providing users with the ability to save and exit their online session and print documents during a transaction.

Presenting Regulated Documents.

ApproveIt Web Server accurately converts your existing regulated documents and disclosures for presentation within a web browser, while maintaining the integrity of the appearance and design of the original document. This ensures your organization maintains compliance with all applicable laws, regulations and policies with regards to the use of regulated documents.

Consenting to E-Sign and Disclosures.

Before permitting users to review and sign documents, ApproveIt Web Server ensures that they first consent to transacting electronically, as stipulated by the E-Sign Act, and accept all disclosures, as required by your regulated business process. This ensures that the same process used in a controlled, customer-facing environment is enforced over the web.

Reviewing and Signing Documents.

ApproveIt Web Server guides users through the review and signing process by presenting documents in a logical order and providing a visible status of where they are in the process at all times. The solution also ensures that all required information is filled in by users and that they sign in all the appropriate places before enabling users to submit the final documents.

Producing the Electronic Evidence.

As users move through the web transaction, ApproveIt Web Server captures and stores all unique transactional information in the final electronic record to produce strong electronic evidence, and secures it using digital signature technology so that no changes can be made without visible detection. The electronic evidence is permanently embedded in the audit trail of the document so that it travels with it at all times. The evidence can then be accurately reproduced and verified in either print or electronic format.

Moreover, because ApproveIt Web Server produces a secure, stand-alone document, it can be printed, e-mailed or brought into any content management, storage system and enterprise system without jeopardising the electronic evidence.

Delivering Documents to Users.

After the review and signing process is completed, ApproveIt Web Server provides users with a copy of all electronically signed documents for their own personal records. The electronic records can then be printed or stored electronically wherever the user chooses.

ApproveIt Web Server was built to ensure high user adoption. As a zero-download solution, no additional software or hardware is required by users.
