Our Solutions for Government

E-Signature Process Management for the Web.

ApproveIt® Web Server is a next-generation, E-Signature Process Management solution for the web that addresses the need for greater compliance, control and transparency of government processes. The solution goes beyond simple e-signing to execute signing processes from beginning to end. This includes everything from setting up business rules and preparing documents, to presenting documents for review and signing and delivering final copies to all parties and back-end systems. The solution also produces stronger auditing capabilities than with paper by recording and reproducing the entire e-signing process, including all web pages viewed and actions taken.

E-Signatures for Documents and Forms.

ApproveIt Desktop and ApproveIt XHTML Server provide e-signing capabilities for many commonly used file formats in government, enabling agencies to complete their enterprise content management (ECM) strategy and get the full value from their investment. Agencies can quickly add advanced electronic signatures capabilities to their Microsoft InfoPath and IBM Lotus Notes forms, Microsoft Word documents, Microsoft Excel spreadsheets and Adobe Acrobat files. Features include support for multi-person, sectional signing, batch and form-letter signing, proxy signing, automatic signature placement, and the ability to make authorized changes to signed documents. For internal and government-to-government and government-to-business signing processes, XHTML forms can also be electronically signed in a server environment.
