ApproveIt’s advanced signing and data authentication capabilities enable documents to be signed electronically with the same flexibility and ease-of-use as with pen and paper, while ensuring that documents are secure and auditable. Signing features include support for multiple signatures, proxy-signing, sectional signing, batch signing, form letter signing, and automatic signature placement.

Agencies who haven’t invested in PKI or other user authentication technologies can also take advantage of ApproveIt’s built-in support for digital certificates and add 3rd party products at a later date if they choose.
