The Silanis customer support team is your primary interface for all product-related questions and requests. Three levels of annual maintenance are available to provide you with telephone support, new product releases and corrections to software defects:

  • 9:00 - 5:00 (EST), Monday to Friday, holidays excluded
  • 24 hrs / day, Monday to Friday, holidays excluded
  • 24 hrs / day, Monday to Sunday, holidays excluded
